what is an elopement?
An elopement is not always running off to get married -
an elopement is choosing to drop the stress of a wedding, and instead have an experience that fills you both with joy.
It is looking at your favorite adventures, the important people in your life that you want to celebrate with,
your favorite food and putting them in the best possible location to make your wedding day feel like you.
Whether it’s on the water, looking at mountains, or in your backyard. With 2 people, 3 dogs, or 15 guests.
Even though I’m a photographer - your wedding shouldn’t be about the photos.
It should be an unforgettable experience that will fill you with excitement all day long,
and leave you with absolutely incredible memories for life.
No stress. Just fun.
The Short & Sweet
So, you want to elope and don’t want to make a whole day of it with photos?
Yep, I get it.
That’s why I have one, epic package
$3,800 and you get
enough time for
— just the 2 of you, or you can bring along your pets, or up to 15 - 30 guests (depending on location),
— a short hike to some of the most beautiful views in Shenandoah National Park
(or an easy-to-access overlook),
— a ceremony or exchanging of vows,
— couple portraits & group photos with your guests
Don’t want to hike?
We can go to an easy overlook (wheelchair accessible is also available).
It can be just the two of you, or include guests.

how does it work?
I only offer one photography package for elopements to make this as fun and stress-free as possible.
Once you’ve booked your date, it’s time to build your elopement ceremony and photo shoot!
— Step 1 —
Look through our list of locations in Shenandoah National Park, along Skyline Drive, or the Blue Ridge Parkway and choose the spot that is best for you. Some are short hikes while others are wheel-chair accessible.
— Step 2 —
Choose the time of day, either sunrise or sunset for the most beautiful experience.
— Step 3 —
Go through a list of local vendors to add-on
such as an officiant, hair & make up artist, florist, videographer, professional picnic set up, and more.
— Step 4 —
Show up to your elopement day! I will guide you on the hike or around the overlook, photograph your ceremony, take group photos (if applicable), and we will work together to create beautiful, cinematic, and artistic photos of your marriage in the mountains!
The entire experience on the day of your elopement lasts up to 3 hours,
including the hike or exploring multiple overlooks.
Adding more time by the hour, or adding on vendors, is an additional cost.
